Dear Client,

Please review our terms and conditions below. By booking a service with us, you agree to adhere to the following conditions:

Quotes and Pricing

When requesting a quote, please provide accurate information regarding the property size, condition, presence of pets, and any specific requirements. Inaccurate details may result in additional charges upon inspection. Our prices are set per job rather than hourly and are inclusive of GST.

Terms of Payment

Full payment is required at least 72 hours before your scheduled service to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund within 24 hours.

2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% fee.

3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

Service Quality

We guarantee a 5-star service. If any issues are raised within 48 hours of completion, we will rectify them at no additional charge. We request a final walkthrough upon completion; once the work is approved, any additional requests will be charged at an hourly rate.

Access to the Property

Access is required at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access will result in cancellation without a refund. Late access may result in incomplete work due to time constraints, and the full service fee will still apply.

Utilities

Please ensure the property has power. If power is unavailable and we were not notified in advance, additional costs may apply due to extended labor time.

Health and Safety

Please advise us of any safety risks or aggressive dogs on the property. For health and safety reasons, we do not clean biological hazards (including blood, vomit, or feces) or drug-related products. Discovery of these materials may result in immediate cancellation and additional charges; the full service fee will still apply.

Liability

Any damages caused by our team are covered by our insurance, excluding pre-existing damage. We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of specialized products requested by the client that were not previously advised.
